We blend Cabernet Sauvignon for depth and structure and a touch of Merlot for finesse and charm. This wine is rich yet soft with layers of black cherry, currant and chocolate. Cooperage was in small French and American oak barrels. Enjoy with pastas, chicken, grilled steaks and game.
