| A small component of Viognier enhances the floral-citrus aromas and fresh apple-pear flavors of our Chardonnay. The fresh, smooth style results from stainless steel fermentation combined with barrel fermentation in small French oak cooperage. This gentle use of oak offers versatillity with a wide range of foods including fish, shellfish, light pasta and spicy Asian dishes.
