"This is the first release of a wine blended from sangiovese, zinfandel and syrah grapes. Very lightly kissed with oak, it is light-bodied and has lovely fresh fruit flavor. Plus, this interesting blend of grapes provides every flavor in the spectrum from ripe cherry to black pepper. Tasty and easy to drink, it's great match for grilled chicken, grilled vegetables including portabella mushrooms, or spicy pasta. Serve it slightly chilled to go with salmon, tuna or spicy Cajun and Asian foods.
